Haley Simon is amazing, kind, sweet, thoughtful, professional, punctual, and one badass wedding coordinator!!! We hired her as our wedding coordinator and she did a fantastic job! We wanted our wedding day to be stress free for everyone and Haley made sure this was possible. Any questions or concerns, Haley was always available to chat via phone or e-mail. She was always checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly throughout the entire wedding process. We also hired her to put on our rehearsal dinner as well and couldn’t have asked for a better rehearsal dinner as a way to kick off the wedding weekend! She also had a keen sense of knowing when things are going wrong and making sure to address them right away making it seem like no issues ever arose. We truly enjoyed working with her and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Our daughter hired Haley as her wedding planner. She was always available for set-up phone calls and returned e-mails very promptly. She was always  on time for any appointed meetings.The day of the wedding, Haley was on point the whole day and was sensitive to everyone’s needs. Everything was timely and done very professionally.
The baker didn’t put the flowers on the cake after it was delivered so Haley decorated it. The cake was beautiful and our daughter loved it. Our daughter didn’t even know that happened until the next day when I told her, so Haley made her day stress free.
Our daughter and her husband were very happy with their wedding day. The wedding exceeded all their expectations, thanks to Haley’s well managed day. We would highly recommend Haley for your event.

Words can’t express how grateful we are for Haley. Haley came recommended to us by another wedding coordinator we’d met while venue shopping. From our first phone call, we knew Haley was perfect for us.  Out of all of our vendors, she was the quickest to respond and the most positive. We always felt that she was on our side, and she assured us that she would work with all the other vendors to make our wedding everything we wanted it to be. Most importantly, we felt so connected to her and we loved her positivity. Find vendors you connect with and everything will fall into place.  

On the day of, Haley ran the behind the scenes show and never came up to us with a single problem. If there were problems, we have no idea about them. The ceremony was more than what we could’ve hoped for. She only had 10 min with the wedding party just before the ceremony. She wrangled everyone together and was able to communicate the processional with my parents who speak very little English. We danced the night away without a single interruption and were able to say goodbye to every single guest when the reception concluded. At the end of the night, well before the 11pm mark, Haley comes up to me and says “ok everything is packed and ready to go”. I was shocked! I thought I’d have to strike everything down myself.

Haley had given us the best present— getting to spend a magical evening with each other and our family and friends, never having to worry about a single thing.

We love Haley and would book her again in a heartbeat!

I honestly can’t even begin to put into words how incredible this woman is. Without her, I wouldn’t have had a wedding. Literally. Haley was our day of coordinator for a venue in Agoura Hills that was surrounded in flames on the day of the wedding. She stayed in contact with my matron of honor the whole night of the wedding. I’m talking like 2am. When the wedding was cancelled, I called her in shock, not knowing our next step. We decided to just f**k it all and plan a whole new wedding. Within a half of a day, we literally had gotten A WHOLE NEW WEDDING all put together. I got there, on two hours of sleep, not knowing what to expect, and it was BEAUTIFUL. i can’t believe it. It still feels like a dream. This would not have happened without Haley. By the end of the night she felt like a friend, not a coordinator. From the beginning, Haley had a wonderful and warm personality. She was curious to learn about us and our love story. Prior to our Partial Wedding Planning two month mark, Haley was consistently available via email, phone, etc. We felt that we had a friend in the hectic wedding planning process who was willing to provide input on anything. When it was time to set up our in person meeting, Haley was more than flexible with our hectic work schedules and Haley met with us at 8 PM on a Thursday!Despite having a wedding the next day, she was eager to chat and was prepared to cover all the details for our upcoming wedding.On the day of the wedding, Haley was ready to execute! She had full control of all the behind the scenes – the only times we saw her was when she would check in on how we were all doing. We had a very stress free morning knowing we had Haley taking care of things. Even throughout the day, she did a wonderful job managing the timeline, etc. Even when my husband had a minor change she made it work!While we already knew how wonderful Haley was she continued to go beyond our expectations.

From flowers that needed to be donated to our own personal items, everything was sent back to the rightful party. She even managed to send us photos of our wedding which meant a lot since the day went by so quickly. Even a week after the wedding, Haley continued checked in with us.Haley is a wonderful coordinator and we are so incredibly lucky to have worked with her. Our wedding day was a dream and we give her complete credit for it. Thank you Haley and we will continue to gush about your amazing work!

Haley is an amazing wedding coordinator! From the very beginning of the wedding process she was so helpful with finding local vendors and organizing meetings. Her attention to detail was outstanding. Being the mother of the bride her developing friendship with my daughter was truly a blessing. She was always there for her every step of the way and was a calming presence for all of us during venue meetings, the rehearsal and wedding day. Our venue was quite large and her coordination of the day’s timeline with vendors, the wedding party and guests were fantastic. She doesn’t know it yet but she will definitely be hired for my son’s wedding someday:)!

Hiring Haley to be my day-of wedding coordinator was the easiest decision I made! She was so warm, efficient, and helpful that it was a pleasure working with her. She was readily available months before the wedding, answering my text messages and meeting me at a time that was most convenient for me. She assisted me with various changes in the timeline (multiple times), she was a warrior behind-the-scenes, and adapted to issues the day of that I didn’t even know could occur (she also did this with a calm demeanor and a smile). One of the most helpful things that Haley did was kept all my personal belongings organized in my dressing room (Kiddush cups, tallit, signs, etc.). Everything was in order – it was amazing to wake up the next day and not need to scramble around the venue (or worry that night). I highly recommend Haley. She is worth so much more than what she charges. For any event, Haley is the right coordinator.

As a self described type A, OCD control freak, I knew my wedding and it’s details needed to be expertly managed. And that is exactly what I found when I worked with Haley. Not only did Haley provide some of the most impressive and professional coordination (including things like correctly spacing our favors in the exact middle of each and every dinner napkin, and then ensuring that napkin is placed/spaced as I directed onto the charger plate ), but she is sweet, thoughtful, and extremely patient.If you are reading this review, just stop scrolling, stop searching – and hire Haley. I’m telling you, from one OCD control freak bride to another – you will not be disappointed!!

Our experience with Haley was absolutely fantastic. We did a partial planning service with her and throughout the lead up to the wedding when I (the bride) was stressed and at times didn’t know where to start – she made me feel thoroughly reassured and normalized everything I was going through. I can’t tell you how much this helped, as well as her nearly instant responses whenever I reached out via phone or email (although I didn’t abuse that speedy response by reaching out every 5 minutes 😉 Haley knew some great vendors for our wedding venue (Walnut Grove in Moorpark) and despite not being physically in the area prior to out first meet up 1 month before, handled all the co-ordination beautifully via email and telephone. I’m sure having her located near to your wedding venue would be amazing, especially if you are hiring her to meet with all the vendors in a full planning package, but I can honestly say that having a planner who doesn’t live in the area didn’t make any difference at all and the process was so easy. The rehearsal was easy too, I was by the day before really quite nervous and felt reassured by how in control and organized Haley was. On the day itself her help and support was INVALUABLE. I’m getting quite emotional writing this because despite your nerves, despite your ‘divaness’ (it will come out on the day even if you are the calmest, nicest bride on the planet) having that person there you can trust with making sure the most special day of your life goes smoothly is SUCH a blessing and worth every penny. Haley and her assistant handled everything with such professionalism, ease and grace on the day, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing and truly felt like the treasured guests of our event, royalty even, rather than the hosts. It was truly an incredible experience and I can’t recommend Haley highly enough.

From the first phone call, Haley was extremely professional and very organized! She kept my mind at ease throughout the entire process. She paid close attention to every single detail in the planning to the set up the day of. She was excellent at keeping me informed with updates with the venue and keeping contact with the vendors.  I would recommend Haley to anyone without hesitation. She is extremely professional, personable, and a quick problem solver. She told me from day one that her goal was to make sure that I was free of ALL stress on my wedding day. She did exactly that, but to a degree that I couldn’t even imagine. I was a very type-A bride, so naturally I was a little anxious about making sure that all was flowing smoothly. There was a moment a several hours before the ceremony where I asked Haley a large handful of intricate, random questions/concerns. There are a few things you should never skimp on when you are getting married. Think about what your guests will remember ten years from today. First they will remember how smooth the day went and of course your pictures. I have been to many weddings and I know having a strong, organized wedding coordinator is key! When the guys didn’t know how to put their boutonnière on, Haley was there. When the DJ dropped the ball and didn’t know when to make announcements, Haley was there. When someone needed a tissue, Haley was there. Haley did an amazing job both planning and coordinating the wedding. She put together a clear timeline, gave it to all of our venders, and stuck to that timeline. She was the only reason our reception went relatively as planned. Our DJ didn’t show up prepared and didn’t have the timeline, so Haley stepped in, held his hand, and gave him constant instructions, all the while managing the rest of the vendors and anything else that came along.Prior to the wedding, she was quick to respond to questions, full of answers, and always eager to help. We don’t know what we would have done without her!
